Week of KDE4: Can't take it anymore

I tried, I really did, but there's only so much a man can take. I'm tired of feeling like I'm on a 1024x768 monitor again because KDE apps have a knack for taking up more screen estate than you would think humanly possible. And without my finely tuned compiz setup I'm finding it hard to organize my workflow, yes, that's right, I actually use compiz as a window manager instead of eyecandy. Too bad KWM4 doesn't get how to do that.

So, because I'm going insane and I actually have work to do, I'm switching back to GNOME. I gave it a shot and KDE4 has annoyed me at every corner, sure, it has some nice things about it, but it's a bigger pain than it's worth.
