Oh, Nintendo, your customer service amazes me again. If you'll recall my wii was scratching my games, I just got it back from NoA today, and they seem to have simply replaced the internals of the console (unsure of whether I should be happy or annoyed). So, now that I have my console back, I called them up again to see what could be done for my discs that are scratched beyond repair.
Well, guess what, I now have a shipping label for my copy of Twilight Princess, I just need to send the disc in and they'll ship be back a brand new copy (damnit, this means I might not be able to use the twilight hack, oh well). Now I'm regretting my premature sale of Metroid Prime 3, since I now have to spend $50 to buy a new copy instead of just being able to send it into Nintendo an get it replaced for free. Oh well, life will go on, and as long as my Wii doesn't scratch any more discs I can take the blame for my stupidity. Good job Nintendo, I was worried when you said "we'll cross that bridge when we come to it", but now I see I was worried over nothing.
